"Adriana is a passionate Yoga Teacher who loves supporting people through yoga, movement and mindful living, to help them achieve psycho-physical well-being.  

 

She offers classes of Vinyasa Yoga contaminated by movements taken from different modern disciplines. In her Vinyasa Flow-based classes, you will also practice exercises of Strength, Mobility & Flexibility with moments dedicated to Pranayama and Meditation.  

She first came into contact with Yoga in 2018. It was few months after moving to Ireland, when she tried her first yoga class and since then she has never stopped practicing.

She decided to complete the 200-hour Awakening Yoga Teacher Training online with Patrick Beach & Carling Harps in December 2020 and straight after she started teaching online classes, running workshops and private classes during the pandemic.

In December 2022 she completed a training on Preventing & Managing common Yoga injuries with Jason Crandell.  

 

Her classes are multilevel-based. Truly believing on the concept that every body and journey is different and unique, she always proposes options and alternatives for beginner and more intermediate students during the class.    

She prepares the classes in such a way that each practice itself is an experience, an opportunity to dive into the nature of the mind and process of change, creating connection with the breath, cultivating awareness of sensations and feelings along the journey.  

Each practice itself can be a space to explore, expand and grow. Her biggest aim is to teach and provide the powerful tools of yoga that can be applied not only during her class, but also in student individual practices, on and off the mat of everyday life."
